Timothy, a troubled youth, has been missing for almost three months now. Although many insisted or believed that he ran away for the sake of being a nobody, others knew that deep down, Timothy really care about others, and that he would never abandon anyone for no apparent reason. Originally, Detective Theodore "Teddy" Kowalski agreed to help reopen the cold case because of Timothy's parents' money, he ends up finding out that there is more to the life of a delinquent than meets the eye. By interviewing and listening to many people from different walks of life, Teddy becomes affected by the woes and sorrows of strangers, some of which may change his views forever.
