The truth is out. Rose Quartz, the leader of the Crystal Gem rebellion, was Pink Diamond all along. It shocked all of the Gems, but Steven was the most affected. His anger now only grows, seeing that his mother, who he once looked up too, was nothing more than a coward, a murderer, and a liar. What pushes him over the edge is when Pearl and the other Crystal Gems still want him to be like her. Pearl doesn't realize, though, that she will set off a chain of events that nobody could've predicted, starting with her 'baby' going back to when it all began. But despite the prosperity, Steven misses Spinel more than he'll ever admit. Eventually, he's had enough and decides to go visit her on Homeworld. The question is though, is this feeling due to being separated from a new friend or is it fact something much deeper? Steven must find out soon because no adventure for him is without conflict and some such conflict is lurking around waiting to strike when he least expects it.
