When they were fighting a demon Clary ends up losing her memory. She doesn't remember anything, besides the basics. Jace and everyone else have a difficult time having to cope with Clary not remembering them and anyone else. Jace starts to close himself off from Clary, hiding his feelings from her. She wouldn't understand his feelings since she doesn't even remember him. Will Clary get here memories back? Will Jace continue to close himself off?
(This is also told in Clary's point of view, so first person. There may be chapters where I switch view to someone else, will still be first person.)
If I do random time skips, and if I put things that don't make sense, please let me know. And if I stray off from the main story, or put things that aren't relevant I'm sorry! I'll try my best to fix these things if they appear. There is language, and there may be some mature content. Since this is my story please don't steal it.

Nephilim Love
The Angel Raziel punished Clary for creating another rune after she was forbidden to do so. In order to kill her brother, Jonathan, and save the world from his wrath, she had to create a rune. The punishment was that she would lose all her memories of the Shadow World, of her family and friends, but most of all, of her Jace. When she said goodbye to her brother in Toronto and laid him to rest, her first rune disappears, her angelic rune. She does not tell anyone because it is Alec's wedding and she does not want to ruin it. At the reception, Jace takes Clary to the dance floor and starts with a speech that sounds like he is ready to propose to Clary, so she interrupts him by telling him how much she loves him, and after she passionately kisses him, says she needs to get air and leaves him standing on the dance floor. Jace stands there looking at her, feeling that something is off with Clary, and says "I love you too." after her. He decides to look in their room for her and finds a letter telling him of the punishment that the angels gave her, and that she would no longer have her memories of him, but that she would always love him. He falls to the floor and screams out because he has lost her again. He vows that he will love her from afar and will always protect her. What happens when and If Clary regains her memories? What happens when Jace makes a discovery that will forever change Jace and Clary's lives? Jace will have the biggest decision of his life to make. What will he decide? Clary thought that with Jace's arrival, things could return to what used to seem normal at the Institute and at home. "Now, Jace!" "No! You can't make me!" he fired back. His eyes glistened with unshed tears and his entire body was shaking violently. Clary rarely knew Jace to look defeated, but that's how he looked, standing before her; vulnerable and broken. "Tell me to do anything else," he said. "I beg you, Clarissa. Anything else but this." She felt her own eyes well up, silent tears spilling down her cheeks. "I'm sorry, Jace." She took another step backwards. "Clary, no!" She turned to face him one last time. Memories Are All She Has
This happens after the city of heavenly fire.(In the Mortal Instruments series) She walks in gracefully and says with so much venom, that I flinch, "Sit down and listen." I obey, sensing a very wrong and dangerous vibe from her. She continues, "I am Ms. Smith but you will call me madam." I reply, "And I am Clar-" "I know who you are if not why would I have summoned that demon to kidnap you," she interrupts, glaring at me. I am shocked, why would this lady kidnap me. I am completely perplexed. She must have seen it on my face because she says, "You killed Jonathan Morgenstern when all he did was love you. I HATE YOU. If you weren't there he would have loved me. Now I will take your loved ones away from you." I am just about to reply when she sends electrifying green sparks towards me which make me lose consciousness. When I finally up she says, "I have cursed you. When you leave this house it will be the day of your sixteenth birthday again but this time Simon won't remember you and neither will your other friends especially your lover, Jace. If you get close to them then they will all die after a year. No other warlock can reverse this spell." Clary gets cursed one night by a certain vengeful warlock. That one night turns her whole world upside down. She has no one to trust, to depend on, to love. Will she survive this like she survived everything else or will she lose herself along the way? On top of that horrible sundae of a life there's a cherry of danger to top it off. More and more problems pile up on her plate and she is burdened with all of it.
