Ethereal never thought her name was very fitting. Definition: extremely delicate and light in a way that seems too perfect for this world. Really? Ethereal is none of those things. She lived in the Nether as a child (maybe), murdered someone at the age of seven (probably), and... Has lost all her memories (definitely). Okay, so maybe she actually lived in the End as a child, and alright, she probably didn't kill anyone, but she's pretty sure only one of those things is true. Ethereal wants to know what happened to her memories. She also wants to know what she looks like, as her interest is peaked when a mysterious person tells her she looks more like she's from the End than from the Nether. Lily, a five year old child loses her parents in a horrible accident. Afterwords she is forced to live with her Grandmother who works all the time and has no time for a child. Lily, not knowing what really happened to her parents, and not understanding at all, she decides to take things into her own hands. At first she killed animals because she thought her parents were lonely where ever they were. After trying to kill her own Grandmother she was sent to The House, an insane asylum for kids. There she met seven other kids with situations similar to her own. Will Lily get better and go live with her family again or will she remain in a sense of denial enough that her sanity is in jeopardy? This story is told from Lily's point of view but it actually told by another girl with her little comments every now and again.
