Being Alerted

The year is 3023 and the world is over-populating. Everyone between the ages 13 and 20 are infected with a disease that either kills them or kills the normal people around them. A group of kids from a small town are told to go to a refuge camp where they can be safe, but they have to head north to the very edges of Nunavut. Will the group make it, or will they be slowed with all their varying ages, and die from the disease?
