Verona High

Once a year, the freshman class of Lincoln High reads the play Romeo and Juliet, and becomes "Verona High, where Shakespearian plays go to die". The kids split into two factions and compete; either you're a Montague or a Capulet. Amélie isn't in the best mood when she's named a Capulet and her best friend winds up in Montague, but it's only a game... Then things start getting a bit out of hand.
