Sobetry: Poetry Founded in Sobriety

This is a book of poetry I will be writing over the course of a year sober.

My name is Meadow and I'm an alcoholic and addict. I'm a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and my sobriety date is May 15, 2016. I am 20 years old.

For a while I used to think being a writer and artist meant being intoxicated, until I almost died due to a pill overdose.

Through sobriety I have found happiness, confidence, self love, compassion, a Higher Power (The Universe), and most importantly, creative inspiration.
