The light in the dark.. (Ben Drowned fanfic)

I stop and turn around but no ones there... This is a little weird.
Once I turned back to keep walking I heard voices, I could sort of make out what they said.
"Come on! Sally we gotta hurry ya know?! We'll be freaking late if not!" The distant voice said.
Huh, maybe its just some kids also on their way to school like me. Never mind them. I start walking once again, the footsteps are getting closer and closer, faster and faster.

I turn back to see what the commotion is again until I got pushed down on to the ground.
Okay, who is this kid? I feel my head as I look up to see who it is... but my vision had become a little blurry.

"Ben! You hit her! Say sorry!" A girl's voice said.
"Okay! Okay! I'll tell her, but it was your fault that you were slow! We'll be late you know?!" Another voice said.
"W-well, whatever! Just apologise to the girl!"
"Fine I will.. Geez..."

As my vision got better, I sat myself up. I saw a hand reach out to me. I looked at the boy's face. He had blond hair, blue eyes, and an expression I've never seen for a long time. He looked bright. What's with the green-ness of his whole outfit?

"Hey, let me help you up. Are you okay?" He said.
