Farren shouts, wiping her tears. "We pulled the levers and the whole room seemed to explode!" "This.. this is amazing!" Mr Katz whispers, walking closer to the light. "Children, you've made a groundbreaking discovery! I can't say for certain what it is, but we need to call someone right away!" He turns around and faces us. "Your going to go down in history kids! I can't believe you actually-" Before he can finish his sentence six thick orange arms reach out of the hole and grab him at a sickening speed. He doesn't even have time to blink before the arms squeeze and his whole body explodes. Guts and blood shower the room and we all scream in horror. We run towards the door but all of a sudden the floor seemingly gives way into a bright blue nothingness and the room shimmers away around us. We fall. Researcher John begins his job working with the SCP foundation, having no clue of the horrors they are hiding. While John is working with this foundation, he learns many things. Some for the better, some for the worse. Whenever an alarm is set off, it's nothing much. That is, until it's much more than just "a pipe burst..." This was a rushed project I had to complete in under 9 months, so it might not be the best storytelling ever. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy! I do plan on making another book with the same characters. Not sure when, but I do imagine it will happen.
