Five years after Fear Drawkwind had killed the god tyrant Oculus, another threat has risen. A powerful demon lord has plans to resurrect Oculus to please his master. But as new enemy surfaces, who claims to know Fear more then he knows himself, they must make way to steam city to find a sky sailor.
