The City was divided into three before an internal war placed two against one. After everything The City was split into two. Crews rose and fell to take up the extra space the two mobs who won took. A Treaty was put in place to make sure both sides kept playing nice with one another
Out of those EXO became the stronghold of K-Town with the biggest territory. 
While the Night Chasers became the stronghold of Olds Town.
Both know each other well. 
Always trying to keep the peace between the boarders because it means they won't have to turn on best friends.
