Rosie Lester, Phil's (AmazingPhil) little sister. She's decided to move down to London so she's going to live with her big brother and his best friend. Rosie hasn't seen Phil in years! They were always really close. Phil only remembers his little sister as not wearing any make up, stealing his clothes, wearing odd socks and just being younger than him.
