Kyle is from an extremely religious family who believes strongly that Jesus is our Savior and God is all mighty. But they also believe that "gay" is the word of the Devil. A man sleeping with another man? Disgusting! Women loving each other? Men are supposed to love women! MONSTERS! Kyle was raised this way, and worshipped every word his father preached.

Until he started having "thoughts" about boys.

These simple thoughts tear his family apart. They encourage beatings, starvation, abuse, even suicidal thoughts. He starts over thinking, convincing himself he's worthless, a mistake... a demon. He becomes an outcast everywhere. Home, school, etc. He's absolutely disgusted with himself, and he thinks everyone else is too.

Until Calum comes into his life. Calum changes everything, shows Kyle he's not a monstrosity. He's not revolting because he's gay, and being so can be amazing. Calum teaches Kyle to love, the "Gay Way." The two become closer than any friend Kyle's ever had and lost... But will they stay that way? Will Kyle's father ruin everything with a threat to Calum's life? Gonna have to read to find out. ;) See you in the book! Love you guys!
