"What's his name?" I asked my brother, curious as to who this mysterious, and ravishing young man is that sat nothing but a mere table away from me.   

"You mean the transfer?" my brother asks, as if its a normal question.  

 "Yeah. The one with the green eyes."  

"Oh, I'd stay away from him." he ignored my question about his name.  

"And why is that?"  

 "Because. The reason he transferred here was because he murdered his ex-girlfriend. Stabbed her in the back with a screwdriver." I knew I was inevitably going to be let down by this boy, as usual. But never expected this to be the reason. He looked sort of....different. Sort of....not like a murderer, but a different kind of different. Something didn't seem right about him. Something was ultimately....off.

I cupped her face in my hands, rubbing my thumbs in circles over her cheeks. She was having trouble finding words to describe what she felt, and I could relate.
