"Goodbye Jillian", is a story about a mother (Lyn) who writes to her daughter (Jillian), before she was conceived. Jillian's mother finds out she has a tumor in her heart after senior graduation, and decided she wants a child before her life decayed. Lyn has three years to live, before chemotherapy no longer had affect over the tumor. Lyn and her fiance to be escape to Las Vegas to be married, there Lyn gets pregnant, and comes back to Orange County. Where both Lyn and Te's parents distaste their relationship. Enduring the hardship Lyn tries to explain her life stories in detail, for the questions she believed her daughter would ask when she grows up. She begins with her story how she found the tumor on Christmas Eve, and the day she met her father. Jillian's father Te would have to give Jillian the videos, and Lyn's written diary to her when she turns 16 years old. But, something happens when Te's realizes his daughter defiant teenage years, creates tension between his new wife Liela and diaries entries of his first wife begins missing. The misunderstanding grows.
