Cat Vs Dog War Roleplay

This is a rp that u make an oc to roleplay on a ocs chapter.(more details inside)
Setting: society collapsed, humans were their own demise. They fell below the animals and soon died out. The animals glad that the humans were gone roamed free only fearing predators. Domestic dogs were having a little trouble rekindling their ancestors spirits so they struggle. They found rare food and when they did cats took it. The dogs had enough and started a fight, the cats however fought with numbers and stealth. The dogs stronger in brute strength and size thought they had a bigger chance but the cats fought just as well as the dogs. Since neither could win the fight got bigger and bigger until it became war.
Now every cat and dog is fighting including big cats(little cats), domestic cats, domestic dogs, and wild dogs. The other animals saw no need to intervene and tried to stay away. But the war needed food so the other animals soon suffered from the war. A few rebels shelter but it isn't enough.
