The small town of Marysville Mississippi is caught in a whirlwind of gang fights in the year 1966. The Thunderbridge side of Marysville is downtown. Though dirty and rather ghetto, it serves as home for several gangs, who know the alleys and busy streets like the back of their hands. The Sunbridge side is where Broderick Harbor stands with boats bobbing in the water and gangs prowling the streets, including the River Kings, made up of fifteen year old Arizona Keaton and two broken brothers. Zona is determined to prove herself and her gang to both bridges. And when in the wake of an accident the gang violence spikes up like it never has before, she gets her chance.
