After a GroundBridge malfunction, the kids find themselves warped to another dimension, where everything is switched for them. They find that the Decepticons are on their side and that their Autobot guardians wouldn't think twice about harming them.
Meanwhile, the kids from the SG universe are warped into the dimension we all know of, where they find that the Autobots are on their side and that their Decepticon guardians wouldn't think twice about harming them.
Soon, trouble brews when the Decepticons and Shattered Glass Autobots find out about these alternate realities. With Megatron and SG Optimus working together, what kind of havoc will surface? What sacrifices will be made? What trust will be broken? And, maybe the most important question, who will emerge victoriously?
The fate of the Earth depends on the answer.

(Shattered Glass) Temptest thought she knew Optimus Prime, otherwise known as the false Prime, who stole the matrix of leadership and brought war to their planet. He was insane, sadistic, and obsessive. As a loyal Decepticon and a femme with a vendetta, Temptest knew there was no one she hated more. In another dimension, Optimus Prime, otherwise known as the passionate Autobot leader, discovers a strangle signal that leads his team to a femme who curses his name and wishes him dead. After trying to help her overcome some sort of brainwashing, Optimus realizes that the truth is more complicated than it seems. As the two of them work together, they both face their weaknesses and the many trials thrown at them by an interdimensional threat and some domestic ones. Optimus has a harsh life as the bearer of the matrix and Temptest struggles to be the symbol of freedom she once was. Alongside them, one Megatron works to protect his adopted family while the other tags along, fighting and testing them in hopes he'll find what he lost in his own dimension. The bots imagine that a terrible villain is on the prowl, but struggle to figure out who. She has to learn to live with the wrecker, but something changes. She changes. She starts to feel something to that wrecker and can't get him out of her processor. But then something happens. What will she do when Ultra Magnus appears in her life again? What will she do when she finds out her old friend's life signal, the only thing that didn't betray her back on Cybertron? What will happen when she is being trapped on the Nemesis? Shockwave changes her. Then Predaking comes. She is turned into him. She doesn't know what to do.
