Nico di Angelo is a normal 16 year old boy. Or so people thought. Behind closed doors, Nico is a depressed teen dealing with his abusive boyfriend Nathaniel. One day, the abuse becomes too much and Nico runs into the woods in seek of escape. What he didn't realize is, there is more creatures in the forest he's grown up near almost all his life. Will Solace is a normal 18 year old. In his world that is. Will is a werewolf. He is the heir to his father's throne. As the Alpha's son, he needs a mate in order to rule the pack and carry on the Alpha generation. But, each werewolf is linked with another person at birth. The parents have nothing to do with it. He was supposed to find his mate at age 16, but he hasn't. His wolf, Sol, has been saying he feels like the werewolf females are not his type. And when his parents allow him to meet werewolf males, he still doesn't feel any connection to any of them. When he sees a small male human brought forcefully into the pack, he suddenly feels something he hadn't felt before. A mate's connection. But, how would Will's pack react to having a human alpha? Nico hasn't had an easy life. His father abandoned him, his mother died, and then his sister met the same fate. However, things have recently gotten worse: his boyfriend has turned abusive. Nico lives in constant fear. Then Nico meets Will. Will helps Nico, and shows him that his life doesn't have to be a living hell. It takes a while, but slowly, Nico starts to believe him. As the door opened it closed equally as softly, there was silence and Nico was getting suspicious the person made no noise. Then suddenly felt a sudden pressure being applied to his back and a soft voice spoke, "Morning neeks." The voice was so close to his ear that he felt a chill run up his spine. He tried to push off the bubbly blond but nothing worked so he just let him be and tried to go back to sleep but Will was not having that. "Come on neeks, or We'll be late," Will said as he put his hand under Nico's armpit to hoist him up. He succeed but was met with one of the deadliest glares. *"Che diavolo amico?" Nico spoke out with an attitude, so Will assumed it was bad, but hey he doesn't know Italian. So he just frowned and shot back with his own, *"O te obligo o te levantas tú mismo". Nico didn't understand it Will said it assertively so he took it as a threat and scurried off to the bathroom.
