Mature
/girls like girls like boys do, nothing new/

Joey is trying to focus on her education while trying to maintain friendships. When the new semester starts, Joey sees a new girl in her class that sparks her interest. Full of teenage hormonal confusion, Joey tries to block her out, but this girl must've known something was going on with joeys sexuality. She would not leave Joey alone without feeling at least the slightest aroused.

As you can tell this is based somewhat off of Hayley Kiyoko's song "girls like girls" I just recently watched the video and I've been really into some lgbt movies and books and I really wanted to write one. Some of this is also based off of a French movie called "blue is warmest color" which has multiple sex scenes so watch at your own risk.
(Extra info- they are 16, sophomores)

There are at least 1,000 words per chapter

Btw I stole the cover from a Hufflepuff aesthetic on tumblr. (If I have any spelling errors throughout the book please comment or message me and I will fix it)

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes. Trigger/Content Warning: this book contains mature content, talks of suicide, mental and physical abuse, selfharm, drug use, and addiction Cover designed by Anastasia Wright
