The year is 2032, 'OPERATION ANTICRAFT' an underwater military facility designed to experiment and create cyborgs has been overrun by its creations. The cyborgs are able to infiltrate the human race, capturing and experimenting on their victims. Lieutenant Declan Hawthorne is captured but is rescued by a beautiful cyborg NG12 who claims to be able to help him stop the robots. But can Mankind place its trust on a member of its sworn enemy?
