Maybe you think I'm just a skeptic, a hardened old man who just doesn't see the magic anymore. Well, you'd be right on both accounts. Don't let me dampen your love of stories and how the world works. But for those of you who seek the truth and want to know more, I invite you to listen to my tale. For I was there when that awful woman Lady Tremaine took control of my former lord's manor.
