It's three months after Frisk released the monsters into the human world. Each month Frisk, Chara, Sans, Asriel, and some others would go to a plain by the opening in Mount Ebott, to celebrate another month on the surface. But this time...something feels...off.
(This is the sequel to my story Lost Souls, if you haven't read Lost Souls; I highly recommend reading it before this story. Chara and Frisk are referred to with they/them pronouns. The Flowerfell AU that is used doesn't belong to me, but belongs to the respective creator. Undertale doesn't belong to me, but belongs to Toby Fox. Fallen Under is a full-length fan-novel of the game 'Undertale' set in 'Underfell'. This work will not have anything sexually explicit, though there is a (major) gore warning. It is light of heart, but some dark themes including suicide, abuse, and murder are explored. Mt. Ebott is famous for the woods that a child may wander into and never return. In legend, monsters snapped up children from villages, hid in dark corners, and ate the souls of the weak or unprepared. When a young child chooses to flee into the mountain rather than face human capture, they find out that these monsters might not just be characters in old children's stories. Frisk Foster, an eight-year-old child cursed by hereditary blindness, falls into a cavern full of merciless monsters, all of which want nothing more than to steal their soul. Armed with only their sense of justice and kindness, Frisk must travel across the underground to get back home. You were already really worried about her (Chara is Female in this) The others didn't look so worried but that's because you and Chara were pretty much slaves to them, although you thought that everyone has some sort of kindness within. You then decided to go to the only place Chara ever wanted to go, Mount Ebot. So this isn't a full on Sans X reader, it does have it in it so there that. But I'm sure it'll get better along the way.
