The White Dweller by madaratiddy
5 parts Complete
(discontinued) In the Shinobi World, a scarce amount of humans believe in the existence of yōkai. Hatake Kakashi is not one of them. However, he isn't exactly the type to bluntly state that they don't exist. After all, a world wherein peace is not a word that can easily be understood is a world with a whole lot more mysteries and therefore, also cannot be understood. During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. Unexpectedly, the bizarre and cruel weather hasn't killed her yet. It is no surprise that this young girl named Setsuko arrives in The Village Hidden in the Leaves with Team Minato and surprises even the Third Hokage with her long black hair, dark blue eyes, a ghostly white-- almost transparent complexion and a kimono of the same color as snow. Of course, no one really believes that Setsuko could actually be what she could be suspected of being: A Yuki-musume. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent? As Rin, Obito and Kakashi teach her about everything there is to know about living in the village, the silver-haired young boy finds himself intrigued by basically everything relating to Setsuko. Although, with all of the fear Setsuko has always bottled up inside of her, it would sound much easier to befriend her than to actually be able to do it.

In a world where bonds are forged in battle and tested by secrets, Sasuke Uchiha is a lone wolf trapped between his past and the uncertain future. At a chaotic party, he finds an unexpected moment of solitude with Sakura Haruno, a girl whose vibrant spirit both fascinates and frustrates him. As they sit in silence, the air thickens with unspoken feelings and lingering glances, each moment stretching into eternity. Sakura, determined to break through Sasuke's aloof exterior, grapples with her own feelings of inadequacy and the shadow of betrayal from those she once trusted. The night air crackles with tension as they navigate the fragile line between friendship and something more-each of them unsure of the other's heart. As the party winds down and Sakura prepares to leave, a simple goodbye leaves Sasuke questioning everything he thought he knew about connection. But in a world fraught with danger and deception, can they find a way to bridge the gap between them, or will their unspoken words become another casualty of the past? Join Sasuke and Sakura in this poignant tale of unrequited love, self-discovery, and the courage it takes to open one's heart amidst the chaos of adolescence. Discover the intricate dance of emotions that defines their journey, as they confront not only each other but also the demons lurking within themselves. Will they find their way to each other, or will the ghosts of their pasts pull them apart forever? I do not own the pictures of the covers nor the naruto series.
