I met Trevor, he made my book fall into a fountain, and he made up for it with ice cream for 30 days. What I did't know is that I would't be getting only that, but much more drama, feelings and adventures than what I could ever read in a book. This is my story.

The Dairy Queen
Love in an ice cream shop? Violet Davis thinks the summer after her senior year in high school will be one of the best in her young teenage life, until her mom tells her to get a summer job. Spending all those hot summer nights at the local dairy bar, scooping ice cream for sticky, sweaty toddlers and grandparents is not her idea of a good time-that is until she falls for the bad boy co-worker, the one everyone tells her to stay away from. Let's just say the ice cream in the walk-in freezer isn't the only thing that will need to cool down, especially when we add a boy from high school to the mix; sweet, cute, with a big....heart. Violet's love life becomes just like her favorite soft-serve...twisted. ** This book is rated Mature! If you blush easily, you have been warned. "In my 19 years of life I never really experienced anything worth telling a story about. Usually when something exciting happened to me, which was rare, I'd sum up the key parts and move on. But then I died, and I finally had a story worth talking about. Anyway, how I died isn't too exciting. Just a basic car accident. You know, icy roads, snow coming down hard, a car slides into your lane and then boom. You're standing in the street watching some guy trying to shake you alive and all you can think is, "Damn, I'm dead." Although, I'm sure you've never experienced that, or else I'd be telling you this story face to face. Anyway, that guy begging me to wake up, he's pretty important, remember him. Now, let's get to the good stuff shall we? Because in all honesty, this story isn't about me, or my death, it's about Abigail and Zac. "Complete
Love Him
Mature, fifteen year old Carmen receives an unexpected surprise when she finds out her close friend - tall, grey-eyed, Josh - likes her. Despite the surprise, she can't deny the chemistry between them and so both teens agree to pursue more outside of their friendhsip. As things start off sweet, they turn a little sour as Carmen deals with the fact that Joshua has lots of unresolved emotional issues caused from a painful past. Meanwhile, Carmen is quite the opposite and deals with trust and committment issues. Carmen wants to be there for Josh and help him, but she doesn't know how when she can't even figure herself out. And so a journey of confusion and heartbreak begins... *WARNING* There is some mature language in some parts of the story This isn't a full on happy romance story The storyline may be a little confusing/complicated, but was made like that on purpose Characters and events = a mix of fiction and non-fiction Here are a few snippets... *** I looked at him sideways. "So, um, what are we?" I had to ask. Josh seemed taken aback but still answered casually. "What do you mean? Friends. Like always." I nodded again. Mm-hm. So friends who kissed. Yup, got it. Pretty clearly. "Alright." We headed upstairs to our second floor math class. *** "Yeah, but..." Joshua's voice was suddenly very quiet. It made me feel bad. "Realistically Carmen, we haven't been acting as 'just friends.'" He got louder. "In fact, for the past week or so, I've been considering you to be my girlfriend." He paused. "Is that wrong of me?" I sighed inwardly. "No. It's just, I think-" I searched for my words. "I think we're better off where we started. As two people who like each other and vibe well, but without a title to complicate things." I couldn't figure out whether I was just saying this as an excuse not to be with him. My mind was jumbled. Previously known as 'My next-door neighbour.' Euphoria is a state of well being or excitement. Dawn is the brink of daylight. In life, before we have achieved our satisfaction, happiness, and overcome our pain, we must go through our darkest times. We must hover in the middle before we can finally settle.
