When she was only nine years old, young Penelope was playing a game of tag with her friends. She was quickly running away from the boy who was it and wasn't paying attention to where she was going. Unfortunately, there was a big metal pole right in front of her. The boy had shouted a warning at her, but instead of running right into the pole, Penelope went through it.

To this day, there is still no explanation on how or why she got her powers. Luckily, Penelope was able to master her abilities and use them for good. Now on a team with six other superheroes, Penelope feels like she can finally fit in. But as Penelope goes on more missions and spends more time with the team, she grows closer to a certain teammate. If that's not enough, Penelope might finally be able to figure out the origins of her powers.
