Fiddleford McGucket was living happily with his new wife and their young son, Tate. Sure, the family didn't have a lot of money, but they got by, and they were happy.

One day, Fiddleford received a call from an old college friend asking him to come help with a large project he was working on. There was a lot of money wrapped up in this deal for Fiddleford, but taking it on would mean leaving Ada and Tate behind, for at least a few months. After weighing his options, Fiddleford decided to take on the job and headed north to Oregon, where he'd be staying with his friend, Stanford Pines.

For a while, things were going great. The machine was making good progress, and Fiddleford and Stanford were becoming close friends again.

And then disaster struck.

Again. And then again.

The only thing left for Fiddleford to do was to try and forget everything that had happened.

Bill made sure anything about me wouldn't see the light of day. Something about not being important enough to be remembered? My memories are finally improving and... Susan suggested I start writing things out. From start to finish. So, maybe I can just retell things myself. How one small triangular demon destroyed any semblance of a life that me and my friends had built.
