Seraphina and her Cousin Gale have been chosen by their family to make an arduous journey across The Voided Lands, vast plains inhabited by the undead creatures known as Wights. If their journey fails, Sera's family will surely be doomed. However, When the duo finally enter the city, a series of events (including the death of an innocent) leaves them questioning the leaders who run the seemingly impregnable city of Whiteash. Sera and Gale are forced to make a decision between the livelihood of their family and the lives of strangers who live in the city. Sera and Gale were born and raised in a post-apocalyptic zombie ridden world, and they are prepared to do what ever it takes for survival, but what happens when morals come into play? Is there room for them in this world? And will a decision made by one of the two affect the lives of everyone around them, for either the better or the worst?
