Alex Falls has experienced so many strange, wonderful and terrifying things in her lifetime - murder, mystery, magic... but even she has absolutely no idea how to react when she wakes up in an entirely different universe with no idea how she got there, being talked to by something that... doesn't exactly look human. Upon exploring this universe, it becomes clear that it hides many horrors, some more obvious than others, and that nothing can be trusted. Friends can turn into enemies like water turning to ice, minds can snap, and nothing can be trusted...
A/N - This is only a first draft, so there may be slight character and plot inconsistencies as I am constantly developing. Hope you enjoy!

|WATTYS 2022 WINNER - HORROR| Shawn, a convicted criminal, never thought she'd see the sun again, let alone call another star system her home. When she's offered an out from her prison sentence, she embarks on a dangerous interstellar expedition along with 18 of Earth's most intelligent criminals. Their task is to set up a base on a supposedly habitable planet and prepare it for colonization. Although the planet has liquid water and a breathable atmosphere, it is believed to host only microbial life. Alex embark on a dangerous journey with the help of misfit friends in order to proove her innocence, but more to find answers about her past, and her heritage. But how dangerous can this quest get?
