his Queen of Crimson Shadows will have no mercy.

This was the prophecy that everyone in the small town of Ardor Falls, Pennsylvania knew and repeated to all of their kin in fear.

And so, every female child born of fair skin and midnight hair, were taken away from their parents at birth and never seen again, to ease the superstitious fear that brokered the people's hearts.

Count Vlad Dracula Boone watched idly by from his mansion atop the highest hill in Ardor Falls known as Crimson Heights, while the town made sure to so call "eradicate" the potentials of his Queen. With it hitting nearly a century since he last lost the woman he loved and she was sure to reincarnate soon, Vlad decided that at the next birth of a human girl, he would finally take the child for himself, for he was positive that she would be the one who contained his soul.

Yet when he appeared before the family as the mother went into labor, it was not the newly born fair skinned red eyed beauty whom held his soul but the brown skinned child servant cowering in the corner with eyes so green, they would make an emerald rile up with jealously.
