"You're here," the king said, his voice quiet and awed. I raised a brow. That was a strange thing to say to someone you were just meeting... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When twenty-five-year-old Jessica Reed woke from a car crash to find herself in a new world and a new body-one with pointy ears, six fingers, and magical powers, her only concern was to find a way home. The gorgeous young king of an elf-like race becomes a distraction from that goal, though, as he tries to convince her she is going to be the one to save his people. As she fights her attraction to him, her newfound powers make her a target of danger and mistrust. Chapter title photo cropped from an image by Francisco Moreno for Unsplash.
