"Last one and then you have your next job." I groaned and picked up my 7th punching bag and picked it up. I walked over to the hook and hooked it on.

I've met them both, am friends with them but that's another story. I started kicking the punching bag repeatedly in a rhythm in under a minuet it was down maybe 45 seconds.
