Poem Diary : Sonnets of a quiet heart but a loud mind
A bunch of poems I found in my notes app and Google docs. I make poems and collect them cause it's all the words I wanted to say but never said so I write with pen and paper. Some of them rhyme or they just keep on going. Lots of Spiraling & unwritten run off sentences. Hope you enjoy!!
Poetry's Tale to Tell
One sample of my work (Note not all poems will be so serious, some are story like others are light hearted): "Every day, something happens... Someone gets bullied, Just because "They're different" "Nerdy" "Annoying" "Have no sense of fashion..." All those things are of unimportance...! Everyone has a choice, Don't let what someone says, change it! You could stand down... Watch as the victim pleads for help... That's the easy path, But is it the right one? Do you want that on your consciousness? The pain can be so bad... It takes a life... Then it's too late, Regret becomes your best mate... A depressing thought... Although. It doesn't have to be that way...! YOU can make it change! Stand tall, speak loud, Stand up for what is right! That one action... Can save a life...! You could make a friend, A REAL friend. Spread awareness and Right the wrong! Be brave! For those who suffer... You're not alone...! If there's no knight to slay The evil demons away... Find it within you, to be strong! If you get no help, save yourself! You deserve happiness, and it will come! For karma never forgets you! Nor your enemies... Once it comes around, it will go around... This is the story of two girls who were more like soul-sisters than cousins, Sara and Anabia. They shared secrets, laughter, dreams, and a bond everyone admired. They were each other's home. "You should have told me before that you weren't interested in me" I yelled at my so called husband Samad. Tears were rolling down my cheeks. "Jawariyah please try to understand" Samad said but this time I won't. "From two years only I am trying to understand..... Only I am the one who's compromising... Why not you?" I questioned him. I know I was the one who was being harsh this time but that's enough. "Jawariyah.. You are not the only one who's compromising..." He yelled as his jaws clinched and he pulled me closer.. Broken Soul
"Stop pretending. Boyfriend, right? With whom you'll be hanging out once Eth and your Dad are gone." I stared at him in disbelief. "What more things are you gonna do? I would love to know more." "Dante please, leave." I tried to push him away but instead he held my hands and pinned them behind me pulling me closer to him, our chest crashed with each other. His one hand came up to my lips, I gulped hard he looked really angry. His eyes landed on my lips tracing his thumb over my bottom lip he asked "Did he kiss you?" I remained quiet. Taking his gaze off my lips he looked me in the eye and asked again "Did he kiss you?" "Why do you care?" I asked back. ************************************** Dante Armel, a billionaire to whom success is everything and the word love, it doesn't have any meaning in his life. He does care about people, his people whom he loves the most and can go any extent to protect them. Emily Hart, an innocent girl with a horrible past, adopted at the age of 15 after her parents death in an accident. Can't say what relationship they shared in the past but one misunderstanding leads Dante to hate Emily but still he can't stop caring about her, being a jealous ass on seeing her with some other guy. As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, a lot of my thoughts are bound to not be very pleasant. But hey, some of them are quite philosophical and positive. But that's rare. Mafia's Forced Wife
Being a Muslim girl and in a conservative family with three protective brothers to care for you for your entire life....It makes you spoiled, protected and well naïve to some point. My name is Sharia Qureshi. I am a cardiologist. Saving lives gives me the reason to live. I believe that living life for yourself is easy but giving a part of it to others is something worth living for. Starting as an intern at a reputated hospital was all I wanted after completing my degree. But never in my life I expected Allah would turn my life from a free spirited girl to damsel in distress with none other than the shaitaan(devil). #################### "You never married me with my own free will.
