Monsters have been back on the surface now for two years. Though not everyone is ready to except that they're apart of their everyday lives. You however, are not one of those people. So when a kid you protected introduces you to her monster friends, you became friends with them as well. Though, who knew that working with one in life and death situations could push the feelings beyond 'just friends'...

Written: May 10th, 2017--June 22nd, 2017 reposted from my AO3, anonemones; contains both part one and part two. After a year of living on the surface, monsters and humans have gotten along well, with (mostly) everyone adjusting to the many changes without much trouble. However, events take a strange turn when Sans and Papyrus--both of whom have been acting unlike themselves--go missing, supposedly without a trace. In their place are two monsters who go by the names of Wingdings and Aster, twins, claiming to be the lost Royal Scientist. Everyone is thrown for a loop, especially as nobody remembers a Wingdings or Aster--or, as they claim to be, "Dr. Gaster"--nor do they remember a Royal Scientist before Alphys. And with Sans and Papyrus missing, things don't look good for either of the boys. As their friends search for the missing skeletons, Wingdings and Aster work together to uncover what's happened while they were gone, as well as what might've caused everyone to forget them in the first place. But, trouble lurks within the shadows, as the Void closes in on them once again--refusing to let go of what belongs to it. And unfortunately, the Void is not the only thing after the boys' lives.Complete

She was turning 16, the age where she'll be able to help her parents with royal duties, and get more privileges, when her younger sister, Frisk, goes missing. Y/N's life falls apart, while her mother heartbroken, and her father started to ignore her. Not having a great life, she decides to run away, learning about the hard life of being a citizen. Having to live on the complete opposite side with poverty, she learns she has to hide, and everyone isn't what they seem. Not even her. Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really? The memories are still there. *I have lost interest to complete pre story and post story parts. Just a future continuing forward like everyone could have possibly hoped for. However, not everything is hopeful. You can't expect to live a life where everything is sunshine and rainbows.
