Town after town after town. Ellie's sick of it but she doesn't say anything. But now that her family found a place to stay for a while, she doesn't know what to do. She can go to school, have friends, and learn about new experiences she wouldn't have learned from being homeschooled. But as life would have it, the new house she moves in to has a few secrets of it's own.
