"You better get used to it," I retorted as I spun on my heel and headed for the school doors that led to the outside. "I've never met anyone like you before," he called after me, this time, not coming after me. "I know, Romeo. I'm a special little snowflake," I called back, not turning around. "You got the 'little' part right there, Princess!" he shouted after me. I threw up my middle finger back to him and heard him laugh as I exited out the doors rather dramatically. ... I'm tired of all those high school stories about a straight-A girl student with the perfect life who falls for the stereotypical Mr. Bad Boy who wears leather black jackets and only has a soft spot for her. That's not how the real world works, sweetheart. I may look like a damsel, but I'm never in distress. ... Greetings dear readers! This is my first ever poems book. And um I wrote these all based on my personal experiences. As you may journey through chapters of this book based on my life and events throughout. A little sprinkle of the chapters are fictional but nearly all are non-fiction straight from reality. Hopefully you will love this journey with me. Few of these poems are dedicated to my friends or based on their experiences/point of view. Most poems may contain heartbreak or sad feelings but still the majority of the poems are about love, happiness and positivity. I am so glad that I am in a better place now, looking back on my life just a while ago I was not the person I am today. With the help of people I love the most I have overcome everything I needed to dodge. If you are going through something difficult in life, please share it with someone whom you trust more than anything. Remember being happy & positive is what matters the most truly. 𝓣𝓸 𝓽𝓱𝓸𝓼𝓮 𝔀𝓱𝓸 𝓬𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝓯𝓪𝓴𝓮 𝓼𝓬𝓮𝓷𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓸𝓼 𝓫𝓮𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝓼𝓵𝓮𝓮𝓹𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝙑𝙄𝙑𝙄𝘼𝙉 𝘾𝙊𝙇𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙎 is an optimistic girl. she is cheerful no matter what and believes that one should live their life to its full without any regrets. In short, she is an extravert. she never hesitates before doing something which she thinks is right. Everyone loves and support her. Her small friend circle and family, everything is perfect fine. But then she is Intrigued by her mysterious neighbour who just moved in. 𝙆𝙔𝙇𝙀 𝙇𝙀𝙒𝙄𝙎 He is different. Different from all other guys. He hates parties and crowded places. He doesn't talk much. And most of all, he always wears hoodies. Kyle doesn't give a shit what people say about him and he doesn't care about anyone. Until...he meets his curious neighbour who is Unfortunately his Classmate too. ●○●○●○●○ "Last question. Why do you always wear hoodie? how many do you have? Do you have any other colours other than Black and Grey? you should get green-" I cut her off instantly. Why does she talk so much? "That's more than one question." I intervene. Yet she continues, "You should get green color hoodie." she suggests with a grin. "I don't want it." I snap. "What! why not? you should get a green one, do you know why?" she voice full of excitement. I raised a brow, "Why? COMPLETED✅ Two high school teenagers finding themselves, analyzing this ever changing world, and building love. This is the type of love you wish you found in high school but probably know way too well that it only exists as fiction. Today I'm turning my fiction to reality. ❣️•••❣️ Excerpt: Just as I was about to seek shelter under some building's roof, the tires of a car come to a halt, I wonder who might pity the lonely girl walking in the rain. The passenger window rolls down, and I spot the most unexpected person seated behind the wheel. "Get in" comes out his voice, and I must've stood there agape for a few moments because next comes his rhetorical question. "Are you getting in or continuing walking in the rain?" Eyebrows raised expectantly. I am cringing but I wrote these to distract myself from my exams, pardon me for this. "Randomly made perfectly flawed" I hope you all will enjoy these poems as much as I had enjoyed jotting the small phrases on a rough paper and making it in something rhythmic.❤ Some said my poems made them cry and some said it made them laugh? Some made them smile some made them sad. Some said it's my randomness and some said it's lovely!?
