Is it a Dream or not

This girl has just waken and looked out her window and screamed. When she looked or the window she saw swirly objects coming towards her, that was the last thing she could remember before she hit the ground with a splat. When she finally woke up she was in the hospital chair next to her new born baby brother in the bed. Is this the dream or not?????????????????????????????????
