Troye, a South African born teen, has just moved to America to start his career. He writes his own songs, and wishes to become a singer/songwriter. In New York, he discovers an app called YouTube. He quickly rises to stardom, and moves to L.A., to take up an offer. On the way there, he stops in Nevada, meeting a girl there named Ella. Her real name isn't Ella, that's what she prefers to go by. Troye instantly feels a connection, and wonders...does she?
