Makayla seems like your average teenager. High School. Annoying older brother. Hot guys. Homework. At least that's what it seems to Makayla's brother, Jayke and her parents. Makayla's the leader of a pretty big gang. She's the 'it' girl. The girl that all the guys want to date. When her parents decide to travel around the world, Makayla is forced to move in with Jayke, who lives all the way on the other side of the country. Makayla still leads her gang, but leaves majority of the decisions to her second in command. Making sure that they call her in emergencies and when making important decisions.
Jayke also leads a gang, but they're not on par to Makayla's gang. Jayke is oblivious to Makayla's gang life. At her new school, Makayla leaves the impression of being the good girl, so Jake doesn't suspect anything. When she learns about Jakes gang, she is surprised. At school she meets Ryder, the leader of the down town gang, who is in majority of her classes. When Ryder meets some of his enemies, Makayla's fighting instincts turn on. As they meet more dangers , Makayla releases the bad girl side of her that she tries so hard to hide. Will they find out about Makayla's secret, or will it remain a secret?
