Valencia, you may have never heard of the famous Colombian last name. Good that's how it was supposed to be. Hector Valencia was the secret partner in crime with the very famous drug lord, Pablo Escobar. Now there's a name everyone knows. After Pablo Escobar was killed in 1993, Hector secretly took over the Cocaine empire. Nobody was aware, not the government, not his friends, not even his own family. In 1994 he had a daughter who would bring good to the name, Alexis Carolina Valencia Gomez. When Natalia Gomez found out the doings of her husband when Alexis was only 4 years old, Hector sent his 2 daughters and his beloved wife to the United States and kept in contact low key and a visitation on each of the girl's birthday. There Alexis met Lily Costa, her neighbor and her best friend whom both shared a passion for soccer. It was their life and their passion. Alexis made it all the way to pro. However, she decided on every other year playing for USA and the other years playing for Colombia. Lily did the same as her but instead of Colombia it would be for Portugal. Rare was the time they played against each other but out on the fields there were no friends except for your teammates.
