Broken (A Percy Jackson fanfic)

I screamed, my heart pounding Beckendorf-Annabeth I scrambled out of bed running towards cabin six. I ran up the porch to the window beside the door. Seeing Annabeth safe asleep. Finally realising that it was only a dream I slowly crept back to my cabin still traumatised by it.

I over looked the lake. Darkness had not yet surrendered to the light, I could see the thick grey clouds that hung in the sky as colourful rays from the sun peaked through. The lake was tainted it was no longer an abyss of darkness but a slight clear colourful blue. I saw Apollo riding his sun chariot across the sky guiding the sun.

Percy is still slightly traumatised from the war with Gaea, mother of the earth. He is desperately trying to survive through every day, still being haunted of memories that happened with Gaea and Kronos.
