Madeline Andrews was the most popular girl in high school. She had all the cool friends and was mostly the one to like. She was the most friendly and she hardly made any enemies.

But, then there is Luke Thomas - the fat kid that was picked on throughout high school. He was never really liked during high school; yet, he's been so different that Madeline, which he was secretly obsessed (in a non-creepy way).

About six years later, Madeline becomes a successful senior vice president of a company. However, she hears that her boss is leaving his position and a new boss will be hired for the position.

What she doesn't expect is her high school classmate - Luke Thomas. Will she accept the rejected loser from high school as her new boss, or will the two of them create conflict in this relationship. Or, just, maybe... there could be love between them.
