What if Richard Grayson never got adopted by Bruce and instead was taken in by Slade Wilson(Deathstroke) but Dick had no idea his guardian was a villain, but in Dicks mind, he looked at everyone as a villain. Slade was very abusive to Dick, making him an obedient "dog." What happens when Batman and the young justice take down Slade for illegal smuggling and he gets away, but they find a bruised and muzzled child in a cage in the process? Will they save him? Will Dick ever find love or will he stay the broken child he is? How will the team act having this child a part of their team? How will Batman act? Will they help the broken child or try to avoid him? Dick just needs to be free of the torment his past gave him, and the only way to do that, is by healing. But how can he heal if Deathstroke is always on his mind, torturing his soul? Read and find out :3
