Excerpt

She lay pale on the hospital bed. His heart bled seeing her in this state.
Thin tubes attached to her skin through the needles peirced into her skin and the crimson red blood dripping through them.
The darkness under her eyes stating the level of her fatigue but still a small smile lit up on her face as soon as she saw him enter.

"See, I am fit and and fine. I told you I'll be fine"

He smiled throygh his tears.
"Ofcourse you are fine. How can I ever let anything happen to you! You are my life"

"Babe why dont you come and sit near me"

He walked towards her and taking her delicate hand his rough ones he sat besides her.
He could see through her facade, the pain she was suffering through but his patience had reached to its limit he couldn't let her hurt anymore.

He leaned close to her lips and muttered "Forgive me" before lightly pressing them to hers her brows frowned in confusion but she responded to his kiss.

He leaned back and looked her dead hi in the eye his pupils had turned fully black showing nothing of his human side.

"Forget me" he commanded.

Her eyes widened for a second before they became completely blank.

After a while she shook her head. She looked around. 'What was she doing here in a hospital room and who was this stranger in her room and where was her family?'

"Excuse me! Who are you?" She asked.

But he looked so heartbroken that he just backed away and left the room ignoring her question.
