The world isn't as it was before, the rays of the sun has gotten deadly forcing humans underground. They found ways to cope with their new environment, all was well until a hundred years later when a deadly disease struck taking out half of the population. All hope was lost till the discovery of a new race among them. People with different DNA, psychic abilities, inhuman strength and healing abilities. Researches were conducted and a cure was found in their blood for the disease killing the humans. These inhumans were also unaffected by the rays of the sun which made them even more precious to the humans. Since then the humans have been trying to find a cure for their disability will they succeed and survive or let extinction wipe them out?
Ryder has been through hell all his life cause he is inhuman, he has never been anywhere except for his cell and operation room. He has been in captivity all seventeen years of his life, he is treated like an animal and is operated on like a lab rat. Opportunity came and Ryder took it and escaped with four others. Will Ryder die like most of his ancestors or SURVIVE?

~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that.
