Meet Aisha--a 16 year old who despises her devout Muslim family and would do anything to be "normal." When her parents catch her breaking the rules, they take away her internet and enroll in a Islamic summer class at the Masjid that changes her life. The question is, for the better, or for the worse?

Meet Ayla--21 years old, niqabi, generous, thoughtful, outspoken, wordly, intelligent, and devoted to God. Moving into her Aunt’s house from a recent one year stay in Tajikstan, her plan is to get married in America and settle down like her parents want her to. But when she takes a job teaching a summer class at a local Masjid, she realizes she has a lot to learn, and a whole new goal to achieve.

Join these two Muslimahs in a journey towards acceptance and faith, a summer of changes that will shake the foundations of their very lives.
