Penny Ross is a fashion-designer in training. Well, at least that's what she's thriving to become. Her designs are her life and without them, she feels like she's missing a part of her.

But when Oliver Greenwood, a dashing British boy moves to Miami and starts attending the same school as Penny, things begin to change, both for Oliver and Penny.

Oliver is full of secrets and when he and Penny becomes closer, he decides to keep them away from Penny. But secrets always have their way of slipping out, don't they?
