This is a Gotham Universe fanfiction. It is mostly interactions between the Penguin and Riddler. Gotham is a tv show on Fox which is about the history of the batman villains and Gotham before Bruce Wayne was batman. Okay, 82 chapters! I getting burned out on writing... going take me a few day finish the next few chapters. I apologize to readers!

Events take place after S4. Selina Kyle wakes up in a hospital outside of Gotham, and realizes that Bruce Wayne broke his promise to stay with her. Alfred Pennyworth, wanting to fulfill his promise to Bruce, helps Selina get back on her feet. Meanwhile, Bruce is still looking for Jeremiah.
