This is a Gotham Universe fanfiction. It is mostly interactions between the Penguin and Riddler. Gotham is a tv show on Fox which is about the history of the batman villains and Gotham before Bruce Wayne was batman. Okay, 82 chapters! I getting burned out on writing... going take me a few day finish the next few chapters. I apologize to readers!

After a while though, he realises that he can't keep doing this forever, and acts on his feelings. But then Joker goes 'Joker.exe. has stopped working' because he is extremely Bad at dealing with his own feelings. This makes poor Bats second guess himself, and he too struggles with his own feelings. _______ This is extremely Bruce and Joker centric, I don't think Selina even has dialogue- so yeah, just a heads up. ________ For anyone who's been reading as it updates, I upgraded the summary to better suit the plot, it's not drastically diffetent, but is no longer the same as what I wrote 3 yrs ago. Jane a simple young woman who always does her best to stay away from trouble is distanced from Bruce after his parent's death. Although Bruce Wayne loves and cares for her he feard that every time he is near her only danger will creep behind her so when he becomes the protector of Gotham and the villains have discovered his soft spot his one goal is to keep her from danger. Even though she has other things planned herself.
