Affliction

When Nausicaa Pickthorn is asked to leave her home,she knows what's coming next. Her family cannot afford to keep her,and at thirteen she is legally recommended to leave the house. Her parents must send her to an institution where all girls of her kind must go, and it terrifies all the women around the world. Nausicaa must learn to survive and most of all she must learn to become her own person,in a world governed by men.
