Castiel Novak always wanted a quiet life. The late twenty-something year old moved away from the city to the suburbs for that very reason. However, his newfound peace would be thwarted in one night as Castiel receives an unexpected visitor: Dean Winchester.
After an unexpected (and inebriated) turn of events, Dean seems to find Castiel's backyard. In a harmless apology, Dean offers to court the handsome introvert on a simple date of coffee. The two soon find themselves friends, and Dean feels a great bond with his newfound pal. His good friend. Just friends.
That is, when Dean is sober.
